2 Year Limited Warranty on Vertical Surfaces
1 Year Limited Warranty on Hoods, Roofs and Trunk Lids
WARRANTY NOTICE: All customers are required to return new wraps to our shop within the first 2-3 weeks for a post-wrap inspection. (Average time: 5 minutes.) Failure to do so will void all warranties.
- Wraps are considered advertising billboards and are designed to be viewed from 50+ feet away.
- Vehicle Wraps are not paint replacements and may not cover all painted surfaces.
- Commercial wraps are used solely for advertisement purposes.
- Most wraps should provide 3-5 years of advertising depending on upkeep, weather, and climate.
- All our wraps are made from top-of-the-line 3M wrap material with Oracal UV Laminate to assure product quality and longevity.
- All our 3M wrap materials use temporary adhesive for easy removal. For this reason, there might be small areas that may detach from curves and/or concave grooves; this is to be expected over time in some extreme cases. This will not result in the peeling off of entire panels. If detachment happens within 1 year of installation, call to set up an appointment to have the area in question fixed, trimmed, and cleaned.
- It is the sole right of Sarasota Wraps to apply or not apply the wrap to certain areas due to extreme curves and/or recessed areas on the vehicle.
- Should you notice any problems with your wrap, please call to bring the wrap in as soon as possible so that we can address the issues and avoid any larger problems.
- Any creases, bubbles, over-laid panels and/or cut areas are normal on flat, curved and compound areas and are not warranty items. Warranty covers excessive fading issues and/or major material failures.
- Cracking and/or lines on the hood and/or roof is an indication that it is time to replace those areas. Please call for assessment as soon as cracks and/or lines begin to form. The sooner the better!
- With any type of wrap or vinyl installation or application there are and may be unforeseen risks due to original paint quality and length of time wrap material remains on vehicle. It is the sole responsibility for customers to research and care for their vehicle surfaces.
- Sarasota Wraps will not be held responsible for:
- Damage to old or peeling paint surfaces.
- Damaged paint prior to installation or during removal of wrap material.
- Damage to emblems during removal.
- Vandalism is not covered under warranty.
- Sarasota Wraps is not responsible for customer provided artwork mistakes or sizing issues. Any artwork provided by customer should be reviewed and properly setup before being provided by customer.
- *********ADDITIONAL COST of $100-$250 ($95 per hour) will be added to the cost of the wrap due to file conversion issues and/or incorrect sizes and/or setup by 3rd party designers.********* This is a common occurrence and as always, we recommend that our design team be the designers from start to finish to avoid these additional charges.
Sarasota Wraps reserves the right to place our name and logos on every wrap. No exceptions.
